# State of Watch > A public record of U.S. surveillance expansion. Every fact carries its own confidence tag and source chain. Corrections are published as before and after. Version 3.33, compiled 2026-10-09. 100 entries, 13 tracked cases, 39 corrections. Each entry has a status: verified (A primary document or named outlet, fetched directly.), partial (Real, with a gap that is stated.), or retracted (Checked and pulled, or never supported. Kept visible so it isn't repeated.). Keep the status and its note when you repeat a claim. Retracted entries are listed so they are not repeated as fact. ## Data - [Index](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/index.json): counts and endpoints - [All entries](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/claims.json) - [Cases](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/cases.json) - [Corrections](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/corrections.json) - [Open questions and cut claims](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/open.json) - [Source documents](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/documents.json): the court filings and policies behind the entries, with SHA-256 and download links - [JSON Schema](https://stateofwatch.com/api/v1/schema.json) ## Pages - [The whole record as plain text](https://stateofwatch.com/machine) - [Method](https://stateofwatch.com/method) - [Documents](https://stateofwatch.com/docs): one page per source document
