DHS subpoenas Google, Meta, Reddit, and Discord for ICE critics' identities

DHS sent hundreds of administrative subpoenas, which need no judicial sign-off, demanding names, emails, phone numbers, and other identifying details for accounts that criticized ICE or reported agent locations. Google, Meta, and Reddit complied with some requests. The ACLU filed a motion on affected users' behalf.
