ICE seeks contractors to monitor social media for deportation leads

ICE is seeking contractors for two centers: the National Criminal Analysis and Targeting Center in Williston, VT (12 staff) and the Pacific Enforcement Response Center in Santa Ana, CA (16 staff), 28 planned personnel in total ("about 30" was journalistic rounding). Estimated contract value $20M to $50M; work could begin as early as May 2026.
