- Archive rebuilt with fixed timestamps; the files inside and their order are unchanged except as noted.
- License plates masked in the License Plate column (and wherever one appears in Filters): the first three and last characters kept and the rest replaced with asterisks (entries under six characters keep only the first character), following USA TODAY’s practice in its Flock search database, which shows no plate in full. Every other cell is unchanged.
